Modlav delivered 111 turnkey classrooms from 220+ modular units, fabricated in just 60 days by 90 skilled professionals in Miami. Weekly shipments of 25–30 containers moved from Miami to San Juan, distributed across 111+ schools island-wide.
Thousands of students returned to safe, hurricane-resistant classrooms within weeks. Each unit featured lighting, AC, impact-resistant windows, ADA ramps, fireproof doors, and solar-ready systems.
